A new and exciting Meal Prep Company are looking for an Operations Assistant to help with the following duties:

• Manage large amounts of food orders and assist with packing and shipping
• Manage inventory and materials needed
• Operational excellence: work with local ops to understand what are the operational bottlenecks and support to solve for reducing order fail rate.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Enter data into spreadsheets to help with inventory and order tallys
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to ensure the operations run smoothly

Requirements

• Ability to complete light manual labour – packing boxes and foods etc
• Proven organisational and problem solving skills
• Should be able to work proactive and carry a professional approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school diploma
