The Smart Concierge is searching for an brilliant individual to join our team as a Housekeeper. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the highest cleanliness of our proprieties.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to guest requests /guest complaints in the area assigned to him.
• Provide a high-quality cleaning (Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Make adjustments and minor repairs.
• Stock and maintain the cleaning supply.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Replace used towels.
• Check for items that are not operable and/or in
• need of repair and reports of such items
• Report missing/found articles to the housekeeping supervisors.
• Take up any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed.
• Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo).
• Report any technical issues and maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a House Keeping attendant in Hotels or Holiday Homes is a MUST.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and products.
• Good physical health and stamina.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• Excellent organization skills and good English communication skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
• Excellent organization skills.

• High school diploma is a plus.
