Job Responsibilities:

● Cleanliness and Sanitization: Execute thorough and regular cleaning of food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, utensils, and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment.

● Facility Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming to keep all areas of the facility clean and presentable.

● Waste Management: Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials according to company guidelines and local regulations.

● Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks on cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions or repair needs to the appropriate supervisor.

● Stock Inventory: Monitor cleaning supplies and inform the supervisor when replenishment is necessary to ensure availability for daily operations.

● Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and following established safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.

● Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the production team to coordinate cleaning schedules and assist in maintaining a seamless workflow.

● Quality Control: Support the company’s commitment to food safety and quality by ensuring a clean and sanitized environment for meal preparation.

● Adherence to Regulations: Stay up-to-date with local health and safety regulations related to cleanliness, sanitation, and waste management to maintain compliance.

Work experience

● Proven 2+ years of proven work experience (U.A.E) in housekeeping, janitorial services, or cleaning roles

● Familiarity with basic food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

● Should have working knowledge of cleaning & sanitization chemicals

Educational qualifications

● Minimum requirement is school graduate

● Having certification in Hygiene/ sanitization or a related field will be advantageous
