Job Air Arabia Purpose
The job of a receptionist at Air Arabia PJSC is to help visitors and guests by answering their questions and providing them with information and directions. They also provide general assistance in the office, such as collecting and delivering documents, photocopying, and handling mail.
Key Result Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors, providing them with the information they need.
- Make sure visitors are comfortable and offer them refreshments.
- Deliver documents and messages within the office.
- Keep the reception area and workplace clean and organized.
- Assist the HR team and other departments with document management.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Operate office equipment like fax machines and prepare outgoing mail.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Well-groomed and organized.
- Physically fit and able to move around frequently.
- Age recommendation: under 30 years old.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good English language skills (Arabic is a plus).
- 1-2 years of office support experience is preferred.
- Able to understand and organize documents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions.
- Independent and able to operate office equipment.
- Good team player with strong organizational and time management skills.
