Required Real Estate Sales Executive in Dubai
Job Description:
• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business sales relationship.
Responsibilities
• Proactively initiate and engage sales calls for prospective client both for Sales/Leasing.
• Disciplined, presentable and aggressive in reaching the monthly targets.
• Actively be involved in the Sales/Leasing of residential properties & generate consistent revenue.
• Promote Sales/Leasing of properties through multiple channel, open houses and through broker network.
• Be up to date with Real Estate market trends & familiar about current pricing of Sales/Leasing of properties especially in Dubai Marina.
• Possess excellent interpersonal, negotiation and excellent communication skills fluently both in Writing and Reading in RUSSIAN and CHINESE Languages are essential.
• The right Candidate must have excellent knowledge of the Real Estate Market strategies and is a MUST minimum Sales experience of 2 years in the UAE property sector.
• Excellent background and knowledge of Leasing/Sales as per RERA rules and regulations.
• Adhere to Real Estate laws and has a good knowledge in finance, mortgage and related government protocols.
• Confidence & professional negotiating skills with different nationalities.
• Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate sufficient knowledge in MS Office and Excel.
• Well-versed regarding office etiquettes and professionally dressed and tidy.
• Strong organizational and Sharp analytical skills.
