Salary: AED16,000 – AED21,000 a month

About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, the leading, global supplier to the Hospitality Industry, presenting a rare opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to take on the role of Regional Sales Executive focusing on sourcing new independent business leads within the Middle East market.

Picking up the phone and making a cold call is second nature to you, knowing that every conversation is an opportunity and one step closer to your end goal – seeking out and winning new business.

Personable and charismatic, you will enjoy interacting with people and building those all-important relationships enabling you to secure profitable and sustainable business opportunities.

You will be able to earn the trust and respect of key stakeholders, demonstrating integrity and credibility through your exceptional ability to consult and advise effectively.

As well as new business development, you will also be given the opportunity to account manage existing clients, continuing the very successful relationship they have enjoyed ensuring the continuation of business.

You will keep in regular contact with these stakeholders, ensuring that all their needs are met, and expectations managed well.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience or a deep understanding of sales
• This is an office-based role with the occasional need to visit clients
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry will be advantageous
• A brilliant communicator with skills across a range of mediums
• A self-starter who actively seeks to solve problems.
• A team player who challenges their environment to improve.
• Sector specific sales and business development experience is advantageous
• Ability to confidently speak with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to build and nurture long term successful business relationships
