 # Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to conduct technical training on various equipment, vehicles ,
and other machines (mechanical and electronic)
# Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as hand-outs and visual
materials.
# Establish methods to measure technical training effectiveness and connection with RTA results
# Develop and maintain up to date training and personal development plans for all staff.
# Conduct training programs for the subject identified by the top managers for RTA employees group.
# Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.
# Deliver appropriate training programs in accordance with legislation and current best practice.
# Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate
# Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate.
# Maintain technical training records and employees results
# Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
# Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
# Amend and revise training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
# Facilitate the execution of all training plans.

# Bachelor / Higher Diploma in Business Administration from a recognized University
